How to Check Your CE Hours
As a DMA member, you can view your personal continuing education information and access many more members-only features through the DMA website. The steps are simple:
Your first time only, please register online at https://dma1.ggnet.net/imispublic/Core/CreateAccount.aspx.
- Follow the prompts to enter your member number and name. TIPS: Type your first name and last name exactly as they appear on your DMA membership card. Be sure to capitalize first letters; do not capitalize the rest. Do not include your middle name/initial or credentials.
- Select a user ID and password. TIP: Select a user ID that is somewhat unique. First-name user IDs such as "John" or "Karen" are usually taken!
Once you are registered, click "My Info". Then click options listed on the left to view your member information and your CE detail report.
Routine login: As a registered member, each time you wish to see the report again, simply login with your user ID and password at https://dma1.ggnet.net/imispublic/. TIP: You cannot register again; go straight to login.
Questions & Answers
Q:Will I receive confirmation of my registration?
A: Yes, you will receive an e-mail message with your user ID and password. Please keep this information in a safe place. You will need the user ID and password each time you login.
Q: Does my CE report show the detail or just total hours?
A: It shows both. The report also shows you when your qualifying period starts and ends.
Q: Is this information up-to-date?
A: The report is generated on recent information, but not up-to-the-minute. You should allow two to three weeks from reporting hours to DMA for them to show in your report on the website.
Q: Can I print the report?
A: Yes. Simply select “File > Print” from your browser.
Q: Can anyone else see my records?
A: You are the only person authorized to access your member records through the Web, and this is why registration is required. Of course, you should handle your user ID and password in a secure manner.
Q: Can I update my address, phone number, or e-mail through the DMA website?
A: We’re glad you asked! Your CE Report page also displays these details. If you need to tell DMA about a change in your contact information, please click “Update this info” and tell us.
Q: What happens if I forget my user ID and password?
A: Please click “Request a Reminder” on the members home page, or contact Member Services for assistance: 800.323.1908 or info@dmaonline.org.
