
Dietary Managers Association, established in 1960, is an organization of professionals
dedicated to achieving excellence in the food service industry. DMA
nationwide is composed of 15,000 certified members in all 50 states.
The mission of Idaho DMA is promoting DMA in the State of Idaho.
What it means to be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM, CFPP): A Certified Dietary Manager has the education, training, and experience to perform the responsibilities of a dietary manager and has proven this by passing a nationally recognized credentialing exam. This credential requires a total of 45 hours of continuing education within a three year period to maintain certification.
