Member Feedback

Welcome to the member feedback section of the Indiana Dietary Managers Association Website.  This survey is being promoted by your state executive board.  This is the second year the state leadership has had the survey page on the Indiana DMA Website and we want to thank everyone for participating in it and hope you take a couple of minutes to take this years survey. 

At the fall meeting last year in Indianapolis we went over the results of the survey.  From that survey, we decided on several issues that were important to Indiana DMA.  They are:

  • Because of the strong feedback in the northern and southern parts of the state to hold the Spring meeting away from Indianapolis, the membership decided to once again alternate the sites.  In the spring of 2008, the state meeting will be held in Evansville.  In the fall of 2009, the spring meeting will be held in Fort Wayne. 
  • The fall meeting will in Indianapolis will change locations because of increasingly higher room rates in Indianapolis.  The 2008 fall meeting will be held at Primos Conference Center in Planfield, Indiana just west of the Indianapolis Airport. 
  • We will move to an on-line newsletter to held defray costs with the understanding that mailed newsletters will be an option for those who wish to have it mailed. 

This years survey contains questions on how we as an organization can improve our programs.  In addition, we have several questions on the decision to move the spring meeting away from Indianapolis.  We also have a salary survey for our Indiana members. 

Thank you again for taking the time to answer our survey questions.  This proves once again, Indiana DMA is a leader in innovation in service to our members.
