I am the Food Service Director for Miles Memorial Hospital and Coves Edge Nursing Home in Damariscotta Maine. Our facilities are on the banks of the Damariscotta River. Miles Health Care is a full Circle of Care with an Assisted Living facility and a retirement home facility also on the campus. Miles Memorial Hospital has 35 beds. Coves Edge has 76 beds including a skilled unit. I have been working here for 5 years.

Bay Square at Yarmouth
Bay Square at Yarmouth is a 60 apartment assisted living community located in Yarmouth, Maine. It is owned and operated by Benchmark Assisted Living of Welsley, MA. Since Bay Square was opened in 1999 Jim Boyle, CDM, CFPP has been the Food Service Director at Bay Square since November 1999.

Secretary — Liz Winchenbach, CDM, CFPP

My name is Liz Winchenbach CDM,CFPP.  I have been the Clinical Assistant at Cove's Edge Nursing Facility since 1993. I have been employed at Miles Memorial Hospital since 1990. Cove's Edge is on the same campus as Miles Memorial Hospital in Damariscotta, Maine. We have 54 beds on the Long Term Care Unit and 22 beds on the Skilled Rehab Unit.

 

 

President-Elect - Bryant Stanwood, CDM, CFPP

I have been working in food service for 35 years now, most of it in heathcare. Currently working at Ross Manor in Bangor. I have been a C.D.M. for the past 4 years. I've got culinary and managment training, from several schools. Taught culinary class at a local college. Although I have been doing management work for the most part the last few years, I still do enjoy getting into the kitchen to work with the crew on projects and catering functions. I look forward to working with and learning from all of the folks that make up the Maine D.M.A., we have a fun group.
