MN DMA Members and State Symbols Welcome to the MN DMA Website. We hope you find this website interesting and informative and come back to visit often. This web page was developed to keep Minnesota Dietary Managers informed about the activities of the chapter and to provide information that will encourage and assist you in developing your skills as a dietary manager. Congratulations, Colleen!

Colleen Zenk was honored with a Distinguished Service Award at DMA’s 2008 Annual Meeting in Philadelphia. Upon presenting the award Bill St. John had this to say:

“She has been a teacher, restaraunteer, practicing dietary manager and currently works in the corporate sector. She loves to travel, is a true foodie and is one the busiest people I know. This long time CDM has risen from leadership positions in the local level to the highest national leadership positions and still won’t go away! …one of the most caring people I know and simply does not know how to say no when asked to serve. She has been a true asset to DMA, to her friends and her family."
