StoneBridge Maryland Heights, a 180 bed continuum of care campus, is currently seeking a CDM with at least five years experience in long-term care as an assistant or manager of a 120+ bed facility. Must ENJOY working with the residents and family members the dietician, to assess individual needs. In addition, must have a successful history of maintaining a budget and retaining employees.
