Introduction of Bill H.R. 7139
Friday September 26, 2008 was a historic day for DMA. For the first time Federal legislation was introduced to provide National Recognition of the Certified Dietary Manager credential. Below is the Bill H.R. 7139 was introduced by Congressman David Davis and two other orginial co-sponsors Congressmen Tom Latham of Iowa, and Tim Johnson of Illinois.
Please join other Certified Dietary Managers in educating your Legislative officials about how important this bill is to our Seniors/Residents in Long Term Care Facilities.
