Tennessee DMA

The Great Seal of the State of Tennessee

Volunteering is the Essence of all Tennesseans.

For over 35 years, volunteer leaders have guided the Tennessee Dietary Managers Association in offering excellent educational and professional support to food service managers in health care and related facilities.

Dietary Managers Association, established in 1960, is an organization of professionals dedicated to achieving excellence in the food service industry. Nationwide, DMA is composed of 15,000 certified members in all 50 states.

What it means to be a Certified Dietary Manager (CDM, CFPP): A Certified Dietary Manager has the education, training, and experience to perform the responsibilities of a dietary manager and has proven this by passing a nationally-recognized credentialing exam. This credential requires a total of 45 hours of continuing education within a three year period to maintain certification.

If you have any questions about Dietary Managers Association, please contact DMA at 800-323-1908 or visit www.dmaonline.org.
